Fairly new surgical technique

Started by Ragsmom on 12/06/2011 2:50pm

About 4 years ago my husband had back surgery in which they drilled holes in his spin and pushed cadaver bone into the holes like dowell rods to hold the vertebre apart. I can't remember what they called the surgery does anyone know what it was called? If I remember correctly it was developed by a surgon in Florida. The surgery was very successful. I now have a friend that needs back surgery and would like to know what that surgery was called.
