Whiplash Treatments?

Started by Mary713 on 05/19/2011 9:15am

I was in car wreck about 3 years ago, and ever since then I've had chronic neck and back pain. I've been to my regular doctor about this issue, but he only prescribes me pain medication.
He suggested a spine clinic near my house, but I'm afraid of chiropractic services. Their website looks creditable, but I always wonder about alternative back pain treatments.

What do you think? Should I go to this chiropractor?http://www.northwestspineclinic.com
The doctor said the spinal decompression would probably relieve my chronic pain.

I just don't know what to do. k

Thanks,

Mary

Mary,
Yes, it looks like a credible site. I would definitely try my hand and luck there. I see a Seattle chiropractor weekly for my degenerative disc disease.
The treatment is quick, painless, and not at all scary like I thought it was going to be.
Don't be afraid to try new things. Hey, sometimes you can catch particular days when these clinics have deals or even free consults. Call first!
Hope I've helped,

Grace
