Experiencing "tweaky" lower back pain - also have cervical spinal stenosis, C5-C7
Just wondering if anyone else has this problem, mostly on the left side of my spine, lower back area. Have an incurable chronic pain numb left index finger as a result of the cervical spinal stenosis. I sit a lot for my job. Have had two neck surgeries and have a fusion from C5-C7 in 12/08. Not sure where to start to seek help - massage therapy, doctor, MRI, physical therapy, whatever. Because everything works together, I am wondering if the two could be related. Also had left shoulder surgery on 11/1/10. Doing well from that. Thanks!!!
