Low back spondylosis

Started by YORKIE on 10/04/2010 4:51pm

After many years of having some ? muscle back pain, including mid being worse, I have had more severe pain in my R low back. It increased after a great trip to S America and walking and climbing a lot.
I got steroid injections with no effect; recent needle with heat at tip to burn nerves with no effect. I don't
want to take NSAID's as I bruise easily. I exercise and now avoid bending over a lot as that gives me a
very sharp pain.
Any ideas? Accupuncture has been suggested.

Need more information. What grade is your spondy? Bilateral or unilateral? Did you have a trauma on your trip, or were you just doing normal walking? Are you a carboholic? Current weight? This info would help to explore this more with you.
