Testicle and groin muscle intense pain

Started by catchercoach on 09/30/2010 3:46pm

For no apparent reason, testicle and groin muscle pain on right side only, started slowly over 3 years ago, since then a lower lumbar fusion for different back problem, then in an effort to aleveate the intensifying testicle and groin muscle pain, had screws removed from fusion, and total hip replacement. Intense pain remains. All appropriate tests have been done, no help. Simple standing, walking or turning to left with lower body will bring on symptoms, but intense yoga practice, 3 times a week for 2 years, does not cause pain. All pain meds tried have not helped, but currently on Lyrica, while it makes me woozy and blurry eyed, the excruciating pain has not happened. I am 56 years old, want/need to get back to work, but I cannot work in intense pain or wooziness.
