After C5-C6,C6-C7 surgery pain

Hi i am Prince Alexander,i am 41 years old,
i was having continuous pan in my left shoulder and upper arm muscle, i consult an Ortho surgeon, and under go am MRI scan, it was shown the C5-C6 ,C6-C7 disc prolapsed , he ask for surgery that time i have no idea about sine, i have under go an C5-C6 surgery in 2002 dec,with disc replaced with titanium screw cage,time was going,

in 2013April i was moving an object weigh 35 kg towards my car, tow days later it develop pain in my right arm, after MRI doctor confirmed C6-C7 disc prolapsed,i consult an ortho and Neuro surgeon both suggested for surgery, itwas replaced by Titanium plate cage,

from 2013 june onward i am doing sitting job in offshore

now again developing a pain in my left hand arm and shoulder, there is numbness in my palm and thump

will anyone give me suggestion what i can do next,

i came to know there is surgery with artificial DISC ,

if there is anything possible with replace the entire metal cages with the artificial one,

please suggest me,
