Chronic Pain - Artificial Disc

Started by 1726350034@facebook on 10/09/2014 7:40pm

I had a Charite artificial disc implanted about 10 years ago. Worst decision of my life. I do not recommend and articial disc. They are not proven. All the Docs I go to say the same thing: you either get great results and bad results. I'm in the bad category. Is there anyone else out there that has had the same problem? If yes or chronic back pain, how has Accupucture worked for you? I'm going to a chronic pain clinic, a good one, and have been for 9.5 years now. I'm on opioids that help put don't relieve it. Honestly I don't know if they work at all anymore. No coritsone shots or other shots have ever helped before either. I'm looking for help. I stretch as much as possible and even ride the stationary bike 20+ minutes 2 - 4 times a week. Suggestions??? Again......do NOT opt for the artificial disc. I have a great spinal doc that sold me on this. I don't blame him. He tried his best.
