Most recently, he's covered fundraising, finance and technology within the philanthropic sector as senior editor for The NonProfit Times and in his spare time covers downtown redevelopment efforts in Rahway, N.J. Mark is a New Jersey native, venturing to Central New York to earn his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, and giving him a unique perspective in the everlasting debate over where exactly "upstate" New York begins.
