About Charlotte J. Haug, MD, PhD
Dr. Charlotte Haug is a Senior Research Scientist at SINTEF Digital’s Department of Health. Dr. Haug also is the International Correspondent for the New England Journal of Medicine and is Adjunct Affiliate at the Center for Health Policy and the Center for Primary Care and Outcomes Research at the Stanford Health Policy.
Dr. Haug received her Medical Degree at the University of Oslo and completed a residency in internal medicine, surgery and family medicine at Hammerfest Regional Hospital and Melhus County in Norway. She received her PhD (Dr. Med) in infection diseases and immunology from the University of Oslo. Dr. Haug has a Master of Science in Health Services Research from Stanford University.
