About Joseph Babrowicz, MD
Dr. Joseph C. Babrowicz, Jr. is a board-certified Vascular Surgeon and an Assistant Professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Dr. Babrowicz earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed a general surgery residency at The Washington Hospital Center, a fellowship in trauma and critical care at The Washington Hospital Center and a fellowship in vascular surgery at NYU/North Shore University Hospital.
Dr. Babrowicz comes to The GW Medical Faculty Associates from Georgetown University Hospital. He remains Director of Vascular Surgery at Sibley Memorial Hospital.
He has authored publications focused chiefly on renal and carotid artery stenting, and made numerous presentations emphasizing endovascular repair of aortic aneurysms.
