Dr. Daniel Park is a board certified Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. Dr. Park also serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Oakland University School of Medicine, Clinical Instructor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Medical Director of Orthopaedic Spine Research at William Beaumont Hospital, and Director of Orthopaedic Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at William Beaumont Hospital-Royal Oak.

Dr. Park's clinical and research interests are in all spinal disorders, particularly in minimally invasive surgery and cervical spine.

Dr. Park earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He received his Medical Degree from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, NC. Dr. Park completed his orthopaedic surgical residency at Rush University in Chicago, IL and a Spine Surgery Fellowship at Emory University.

Dr. Park has been active in research since medical school and has been recognized for his research endeavors throughout his academic career. He is an active member of many prestigious medical societies, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, AOSpine, International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery, Korean American Spine Society, and Lumbar Spine Research Society. He has presented his research at these society meetings and others.

Furthermore, Dr. Park is a reviewer for many peer-reviewed publications, including the journal Spine, Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery and Research, Journal of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Orthopaedic Knowledge Online. Dr. Park serves on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Orthopaedics.
