- Death
- Cold and clammy skin
- Extreme somnolence (sleepiness) leading to stupor (impaired state of consciousness marked by a diminished reaction to external stimuli)
- Hypotension (low blood pressure)
- Respiratory depression
- Skeletal muscle flaccidity
