Methocarbamol (Robaxin)
Robaxin is the brand name for methocarbamol. This prescription medication
is a muscle relaxant. Robaxin is prescribed to treat injuries such as whiplash,
sprain/strain, and other painful musculoskeletal injuries. Methcarbamol blocks
pain sensations and nerve impulses from reaching the brain. Treatment with Robaxin
includes rest and physical therapy.
