Desipramine (Norpramin)
Norpramin is the brand name for desipramine. This prescription medication is
a tricyclic anti-depressant used to treat depression. Depression may affect
patients with back or neck pain, especially when pain is chronic. Desipramine
works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances in the brain needed
for mental balance.
