About Our Practice:
Certified Yoga Therapist and current member of International Association of Yoga Therapy, and Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. My therapy consists of back strengthening and stability exercises for all spinal conditions. I have received 3 cervical fusions and artificial disc replacements and use yoga daily as a healing modality. I teach therapeutic yoga for all ages and specialize in the spine, stress management and management of disease states in the body using yoga.
