We are natural health practitioners who utilize spinal manipulation to assist in the activation and normalization of the nervous system using applied manual manipulation.

We provide both Naprapathic and Chiropractic technique to resolve muscle, connective tissue contraction and joint discomfort. As part of our treatment plan, we address body dynamics, exercise and regular stretching.

We also encourage a nutrient rich nutrition program, which gives our cells the necessary building blocks needed for cell, tissue growth and repair. This may include nutritional supplementation to support the diet.

Additionally, we identify any waste elimination issues; understanding that the human body releases most of the waste it produces through the last part of the digestive tract, the colon/sewer system. Often pressure from sluggish bowel function contributes to lower back discomfort/pain.
