The owner, Michael O'Donnell graduated with his Master's and his Doctoral degrees from the University of Southern California. He has held a full time faculty position at the University since 1998. O'Donnell has three colleagues, John Meyer, Lisa Shepard and Jerry Barranick, who have all earned their Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degrees from USC. In Addition they serve as adjunct instructors in the Department of Biokinesiology & Physical Therapy.

The clinicians combine highly developed manual skills with very active exercise programs to assist patients in very functionally oriented rehabilitation programs. The 3200 foot clinic is located across the street from Little Company of Mary (fromerly SPPH) hospital and has several pieces of functionally oriented rehabilitation equipment including a body unweighting treadmill system which has been found to be very effective in treating patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.
