Nationally recognized, Dr. Kallgren has over 20 years experience implanting spinal cord stimulation systems and spinal infusion pumps. More then a decade of experience using Botox for cervical dystonia, migraine headaches, and hyperhidrosis. Established success treating shingles, post-herpetic neuralgia, migraine headaches, failed laminectomy syndrome, and spinal pain at all levels. All aspects of spinal pain care: transforaminal and translaminar epidural injections, facet injections, radiofrequency procedures,SI joint injections,trigger point injections,Botox, and implantable therapies including spinal cord stimulation and spinal infusion pumps. Dr. Kallgren is a nationally recognized expert in Pain Medicine. Dr. Kallgren has published numerous articles and chapters on Pain Medicine. He is currently the Medical Director for Pain Medicine for the Oregon Anesthesiology Group, which has over 235 board-certified physicians.
