Dr. Musante is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia. He has training in neurological surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington and orthopaedic surgery at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. He has fellowship training in spinal surgery at the Texas Back Insitute in Plano, Texas.
Dr. Musante is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the North American Spine Society, the Spine Arthroplasty Society, the North Carolina Spine Association, the North Carolina Medical Society and the Durham-Orange County Medical Society.
