About Our Practice

Hello, Iâm Dr. Paul J. Lang D.C. a Chiropractic physician with over 15 years experience helping over 15,000 people regain their health. Let me extend a warm and personal welcome to you on behalf of myself and my staff. I opened South Holmdel Chiropractic in 1995 to offer a true family practice with an honest commitment to provide comprehensive care in all phases of Chiropractic for adults and children in a modern facility with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where time is taken to listen and everything is explained to you in plain English. Chiropractic is a refreshing approach to total health care...An approach that is natural and recognizes the human bodyâs integrity, intelligence, and capacity for health and well-being. Chiropractic is based on the natural law of homeostasis, which simply states that a living organism (you) has an innate organization or intelligence that causes it to always express its greatest potential for health and well-being. Chiropracticâs philosophy views the body as an integrated whole which is ãdesignedä to be self-healing, self maintaining and self-regulating as long as it maintains its integrity. Chiropractic recognizes the importance of the nervous system in the control and function of the body. Deviations of structure in the spine (subluxations) cause disturbances of the nervous system that hinders the body's ability to function and therefore hinders its ability to maintain health. Chiropractic's role is to remove interferences to your body's nerve function so your body is able to function at its maximum potential.
