About Our Practice
Gregg J. Carb, DC, QME, CAE, ART has treated postural strain-related injuries since 1985. As a practitioner who has personal experience with the consequences of back injuries, Dr. Carb has a unique perspective on posture and health, especially as they relate to the workplace. With his background as a chiropractor, Dr. Carb has helped people with posture problems through treatment and education, and by empowering people toward ongoing self-care. Dr. Carb has consulted with San Francisco employers on thousands of work-related postural strain injuries. Most of the cases were resolved by discovering and correcting the worker's poor posture habits using the same methods found in his 2008 book "The Science of Sitting: How to look and feel better with good posture in ten easy steps."
