About Our Practice
Our practice is special. We are a private pain management specialty practice which listens to the patient, then offers state-of-the art solutions. We use an interdisciplinary approach to pain management, not emphasizing one modality over another. Of course we will have an opinion, but that will vary with the individual needs of the patient. We treat everything from back pain to cancer pain. The mainstay of this specialty uses your functional level as a measure of success. This is achieved with any combination of interventions, medications, physical and behavioral therapy, as well as appropriate referrals for further diagnostic evaluation when deemed necessary.
Our toolbox includes medication management, minimally invasive procedures for chronic back or neck pain, ultrasound-guided platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and Botox injections; as well as more advanced therapies such as Spinal Cord Stimulation, Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty, Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) procedures, and Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar Transforaminal Decompression . Balancing these techniques with evidence-based medicine explains our high level of success.
