· (a DePuy AcroMed) The goal of this project is to study the accuracy and interobserver & intraobserver reliability of a previously published spine deformity radiographic scoring system (0-100 points, with 100 = normal) based on coronal and sagittal views. Seven experienced attending orthopaedic spinal deformity surgeons reviewed 30 anonymous preoperative and postoperative radiographs. Accuracy of individual surgeons to estimate scores showed a mean deviation from the actual score of 6.6 points. Intraobserver reliability was 0.755 (good) and interobserver reliability was 0.752 (good).
