Darvocet-N 100

You may experience the following side effects with the use of this drug:

Common Symptoms

  • Nausea or Vomiting
  • Dizziness
  • Drowsiness
  • Lightheadedness
  • Shortness of breath
  • Constipation

Less Common to Rare Symptoms

  • Skin rash, hives or itching
  • Red dots on skin
  • Overexcitement
  • Hallucinations
  • Euphoria (feeling of unusual happiness)
  • Confusion
  • Stomach pain
  • Difficulty urinating
  • Low blood pressure
  • Slow heartbeat
  • Heart palpitations

Life-threatening Symptoms

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Wheezing

Possible Overdose Symptoms

  • Stupor (impaired state of consciousness marked by a diminished reaction to external stimuli)
  • Somnolence (sleepiness) progressing to deep sleep
  • Respiratory depression (slow breathing)
  • Thrombocytopenia (low concentration of platelets in blood)
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Sweating
  • Slow pulse
  • Renal tubular necrosis (pathological death of renal tubular cells)
  • Convulsions
  • Constricted pupils
  • Cold and clammy skin
  • Irritability
  • Muscle flaccidity
  • Note: The most serious effect of an acetaminophen overdose is hepatic necrosis (pathological death of liver cells), which can potentially be fatal.
