Expands education services for patients and physicians

Wheaton, IL, April 22, 2007 - SpineUniverse.com, (www.spineuniverse.com) an online resource for patients, spine surgeons, and other allied healthcare professionals has merged with BroadWater, Inc, (www.broad-water.com) a leading provider of spine-related medical meetings to form SpineUniverse LLC. The combined company will be the premier education and information resource on back pain and other spinal disorders.

As a result of the merger, physicians will have access to a wide range of patient education, continuing medical education, and revenue-enhancing practice management services, including:
