Partners and Sponsors

SpineUniverse has relationships with various medical societies, institutions, and other entities in the spine field. These are our Partners and Sponsors.

Partners
SpineUniverse has partnerships with several of the leading medical societies and institutions that operate in the spine field. Partnerships enable SpineUniverse to provide its visitors with access to the outstanding spine education materials that these groups provide. The purpose of these partnerships is entirely educational, and neither SpineUniverse nor any of the other parties involved receive any commercial benefit.

Currently, SpineUniverse has partnerships with the following groups:

The educational material provided by these groups is governed by the Licensed Content standards, outlined in our Editorial Guidelines.

Sponsors
Producing online educational content is expensive. As a result, some medical companies provide grants for SpineUniverse to:

  • Independently develop educational content, or
  • Present educational content about the company’s products or services

We refer to this as Sponsored Content, and SpineUniverse receives a commercial benefit from this type of content.

However, this commercial benefit means that we can offer more educational information to our visitors—such as information about a company’s newly-developed products or details about a new medication on the market.

The educational material resulting from Sponsorships is governed by the Sponsored Content standards, outlined in our Editorial Guidelines.
