About Our Practice:
An experienced, board certified physician, Dr. Pierson understands that the correct diagnosis is the key to therapeutic success. Particularly in conditions which have become persistent, identifying a previously overlooked diagnosis often leads to relief for his patients.Dr. Pierson treats medically, but refers to other quality practitioners - surgeons, invasive anesthesiologists, physical therapists, chiropractors, or acupuncturists - as required. In addition to neck and back pain, Dr. Pierson treats muscle pain and fibromyalgia, joint pain and arthritis, and pain from motor vehicle accidents, athletic injuries, and other accidents. Workers' comp cases are welcomed.
Dr. Pierson avoids using chronic narcotics whenever possible, due to their adverse consequences. Other analgesics, cortisone injections, Synvisc and Euflexxa are employed when appropriate.
Returning patients to their best physical capacity is always the primary goal.
