Khawar Siddique, MD is a neurosurgeon who specializes in spinal disorders. He treats many conditions in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Special interests include spinal tumors, advanced minimally invasive approaches (such as percutaneous decompressions and fusions), cervical spine deformity, Chiari decompressions, novel cervical fusion techniques, and lumbar deformity. He has given many podium presentations on advanced spine surgical techniques and has taught many surgical dissection courses to other neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons.

Dr. Siddique graduated with a B.S. in Physiology with honors (cum laude and with Highest Distinction) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He earned his medical degree with Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honors (ranked in the top 10% of his medical school class) from the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine. Thereafter, he completed his 6-year residency training in Neurosurgery from the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine at Peoria. Dr. Siddique then completed a 1-year fellowship in Spine Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
