About Our Practice:
As a Medical Doctor, I specialize in treating individuals with chronic pain stemming from cervical or lumbar herniations and bulges, sciatica, headaches, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, as well as those with acute injuries, such as whiplash resulting from automobile accidents. In addition to injection therapy and medications, I may prescribe any number of therapies available in my rehab department under the direction of a Masters Level Physical Therapist and his staff.

To help many of my patients, including professional football players, I employ my own trademarked protocol, the "Crespo Technique" of Non-surgical Spine Care. This treatment combines spinal decompression with the use of the DRX 9000, cold therapy, and electro-stimulation of the muscles along with MedX muscle strengthening and stabilization exercises to effectively treat both the acute pain of injuries and the chronic pain from degenerative or herniated discs in the neck and lower back.
