About Our Practice:
Dr. Joshi is a fellowship trained, board certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management physician. He was part of an accelerated honors medical program and was one of the youngest graduates of his medical school class. He also had a full academic scholarship. He completed a rigorous Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at one of the busiest and most comprehensive fellowship programs in the country. He has also had the opportunity to work at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, where he worked on global policies for alcohol and tobacco cessation.Advanced Pain Centers is an Interventional Pain Management group offering comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic
options for chronic pain patients. All of our interventional procedures are done under fluoroscopy. We are trained in every
interventional pain procedure, including (but not limited to) epidurals, facet blocks, sympathetic blocks, pulsed and heat radiofrequency, discograms, nucleoplasty, spinal cord stimulators, and intrathecal pumps. Consistently known as innovators in the field of Interventional Pain Management, we were one of the first centers to offer IDET, Disktrode, and Epiduroscopy. We have also pioneered other innovative techniques and have had many publications and international media exposure. Now, we are the only physicians offering stellate ganglion blocks for the treatment of hot flashes
in perimenopausal females and grey rami communicans injections for patients with vertebral fractures. Our success has hinged on our belief in a proper diagnosis and treatment. We also believe in an ethical practice and offer options that are appropriate and do not repeat options that either do not work or do not play a role in the patient’s treatment.
We are Diplomates of the American Board of Anesthesiology, Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Physicians, and ABA Board Certified as Interventional Pain Physicians. This level of qualification accounts for a small fraction of the pain physicians practicing. We provide advanced options to lead a more pain-free life.
