We are a group of physicians with five offices located in Frederick, Germantown and Waldorf. We are fellowship trained in pain management and provide diagnostic and therapeutic services in spine care. . We combine interventional pain management with physiatry services to provide a superior level of service to the community. By combining rehabilitation with interventional pain management we provide superior results. We are able to provide a variety of procedures and cutting edge technologies to help avoid surgery and have had outstanding results with great patient satisfaction with our physicians. We are happy to work with referring physicians and patients to ensure great outcomes and have been in practice for 10 to 15 years.
