Dr. Craig A. Maxwell is Board Certified in Family Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, and Integrative Medicine. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University Of Cincinnati and The Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an Internship/Residency in Family Medicine at Westview Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana and Chicago Osteopathic Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Maxwell has been in private practice for 25 years. Concurrently with his full-time medical practice, from 1996-2000 Dr. Maxwell served as a medical staff physician/consultant with The 88th Air Base Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Hospital and Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Dr Maxwell has been licensed as a Physician and Surgeon by The State Medical Board of Ohio since 1983.
