About Our Practice:
Our practice focuses on interventional pain management, spinal diagnostics, and neuromodulation. We offer our patients a variety of care ranging from medication management to some of the most advanced and progressive interventional pain therapies in the region. We specialize in the treatment of chronic low back pain, chronic neck pain, post laminectomy pain syndrome/failed back surgery syndrome, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, complex regional pain syndrome/RSD, peripheral neuropathy, neuropathic pain, headache, vascular claudication, chronic pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis, peripheral joint pain/osteoarthritis. We also provide medication management and various X-ray guided injections such as cervical/lumbar ESI, cervical/lumbar transforaminal ESI, cervical/lumbar selective nerve root blocks, facet injections, diagnostic medial branch nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation/neurotomy, pulsed radiofrequency neuromodulation, sacroiliac joint injections, occipital nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulator trials/implantation, intrathecal pain pump trials/implantation, Botox injections, hyaluronidase knee injections, annuloplasty, nucleoplasty, and laser endoscopic disc decompression.
Dr. Dobecki completed his pain medicine fellowship in at UCSD Medical Center under Dr. Mark Wallace, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology. Prior to joining Dr. Michael Huntley, Dr. Dobecki was an Assistant Clinical Professor of pain medicine and anesthesiology at UCSD, and continues to serve as volunteer faculty. His clinical interests focus on the use of spinal cord stimulation for the treatment of post-laminectomy pain syndrome, CRPS/RSD, peripheral neuropathy, vascular claudication, and chronic pelvic pain.
