Between Dr. Matthew Smith and Dr. George Pasquarello, the full spectrum of non-operative treatments is offered. This includes osteopathic manual treatment, trigger point injections, electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS), prolotherapy, peripheral joint, bursa and ligament injections, bracing, modalities, x-ray (fluroscopic) guided spine injections such as epidurals, joint injections, medial branch blocks, sacroiliac injections.
We can help diagnose difficult pain problems and establish a comprehensive management program, including helping to decide when a problem warrants surgical consideration.
