About Our Practice:
Our practice involves the non-operative and operative treatment of all aspects of spinal abnormalities. We believe in the non-operative approach to the treatment of spine conditions reserving operative intervention for those having failed all asoects of conservative care. Non-operative approaches include medications, epidurals, physical therapy, and the VAX-D and DRS programs for the non-operative treatment of dics disease. With this philosophy we have an average of 85% success in treating patients without surgery. Surgical intervention includes IDET, Microscopic Endoscopic Discectomy, Laminectomy, Interbody Fusions, Posterior Spinal Fusion and Instrumentation. Children's spinal deformities are also treated and with a board certified and fellowship trained pediatric orthopaedic and spinal deformity surgeon all asoects from congenital to scoliosis to sports related back injuries in children can be treated, again first non-operative then if needed operatively. We also have published numerous articles on the spine in such journals as
