About Our Practice:
The Center for Advanced Spinal Neurosurgery is devoted to the application of new technology to optimize and improve outcomes in spinal surgery. We use the new technology of MR Neurography nerve imaging together with 3D analysis of traditional spinal MR, CT and X-ray imaging for our surgical planning.
In the operating room, percutaneous techniques allow complex procedures such as pedicle screw fixation to be performed through very small incisions.
Minimally invasive disk surgery, image guidance, and computerized electrophysiologic monitoring are applied.
Dr. Filler also specializes in the evalutaion and treatment of patients who have had poor results or increased pain after spine surgery done elsewhere.
The practice includes cervical, thoracic and lumbar treatment for disk removal, fusion, decompression, and treatment of deformity and fractures.
