About Our Practice:
The primary focus of Dr. Sengupta's clinical practice is in the treatment of degenerative spinal disorders, which include low back pain and neck pain. He also has keen interest in the surgery of spinal deformities and trauma.
Dr. Sengupta's research interest is in the nonfusion techniques of stabilization of the lumbar spine, disc replacement and dynamic stabilization. The DSS (Dynamic Stabilization System) was designed on his concept, and is now undergoing clinical trial in verious parts of the world.
