Hi ,
i have Grade 1 Spondylolisthesis which is detected by MRI scaning reports

MRI scaning reports says like this
" MRI reveals early LUMBO-SACRAL DISC DEGENERATIVE changes with
1. Diffuse ANNULAR BULGE L4/L5 disc INDETING THE THECAL SAC with associated FACETOPATHY
2. BILATERAL L5 Spondylolisthesis with GRADE 1 SPONDYLOLISTHESIS and POSTEROCENTRAL PROTRUSION L5/S1 DISC just indeting the THECAL SAC.
Thier is mild CRANIOCAUDAL narrowing of BILATERAL NERAL FORMINA (LEFT>RIGHT)
with Exiting NERVE ROOT IMPINGEMENT

Could you please let me know do i need to get surgey done for this or It could be resloved by Execrise or Yoga.?
If by execrise or yoga then which one?

To add on..I had slip disc and Spondylolisthesis which happened on 25 Septemeber, 2010... I have recovered from slip disc and currenlty taking rest.. and when i consulted the spine surgeon..he told me to under go surgey only if the pain is more and suggested to me to not do surgery since i have sustainable pain (slight pain). but he did not recommed to do exercise or yoga..but i am intersted in yoga or exercise.. i heard yoga can only cure in long run..please let me know whether i need to get done with surgery or It can be cured thru yoga or exercise
