NEW TO SITE; SEVERE PAIN DUE TO SPINAL CORD DAMAGE
Hello:
I have read some of your e-mails. I am touched and also can relate to many of them.
Had a spinal cord tumor removed in 1988. Things were fine for a while though I had to wear a leg brace on my left foot due to numbness in left foot. Then they really began to deteroriate. I am now barely able to walk and get the needles and pins feeling in my bottom, left leg and right foot. It's horrible.
Anyway, I am now considerating a spinal cord stimulator. Do any of you out there have one? If so, what was the outcome? I'm really interested to know.
Thanks.
Pam Howell
