Hi cANDELA GUTIERREZ
You may want to have a look at the Trekke Lumbar Lift, it could possibly give you some relief, depending on the cause of your sciatica. It is a noninvasive, one time cost and has given me pain relief for my degenerative spinal arthritis over the past year.

How disabled are you? Five years is a long time to deal w/this pain if it is the same as mine--I'm having steroid injections and hoping the last injections will last longer than five days. Some people get long-term relief, some don't.
