kyphosis scheuermann and weightlifting
Hello. I am 21 years old man with Scheuermann’s kyphosis and mild scoliosis. My height is 174, my weight is 64 Kg. I have no pain. I do not grow any more and I do not have any increase of my curvature.
I was doing special exercises for spine for 3 years. Now I go to a fitness center. My question is, сan I do deadlift http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deadlift) , squat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squat_(exercise) ) and military press http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_press )?
Is it danger for me? (disc herniation, protrusion, pain, kyphosis increase)
I want to start doing these exercise very much…
