L3 Spondylolysis with grade I Spondylolisthesis. This is associated with severe right neural foraminal stenosis at L3-4. The impression from the MRI. Was this an injury? Or just something that happens?

I am a 35 yr old male. I have worked hard my whole life as an Auto Tech and always been very strong! 2.5yrs ago I was working under a car on a lift and bolting up a front differential, Which is very heavy. I am at a loss of what to do and why I now have severe chronic back. I am in the middle of a workers comp case to try and get the help I need for surgury or some kind of relief.

I have never had any back pain at all, nor did I ever hurt my back before this injury. So now, when I read the impression, I am totally confused! A paralegal said it could have been caused from birth but I don't feel that it was! I was only 33 when I was injured and have never felt any pain before!

Please help!
