C7-T1 radiculopathy

From: cocosdad - on 10/22/2010 2:41pm

I have a small protruding disc at C7-T1 with bilateral foraminal stenosis but the radiculopathy is all on my right side (arm, shoulder forearm and last 2 fingers). I have had a successful ACDF at C4-5 and C5-6 3 years ago as well as a cervical laiminoplasty at C 3 4 5and top of 6 2years ago, also successful.
Has anyone had surgery on C7-T1 to do an extrusion with laminotomy foraminotomy and discetomy at this level ?

Thanks, Loren

Did not have C7-T1 radiculopathy but I did have it in C5-7. I was refered to a pain managment clinic where they did epidural injections and radiography C4-T1. This was great for the pain and muscle spasms. I was able to work and do just about anything I wanted until I had weekness in my right arm and further numbness in my thumb and fingers. This may be something to try for pain.
