Muscle Spasms from Water Workout
I'm 64. I had a C5-7 fusion in 2006. In 2010 I had a right reverse shoulder replacement and in 2013 the left side was completed. This was from a fall in 2005.
I'm now involved in a Arthritis Water Class which feels very good at the time. By evening I'm having muscle spasms up both sides of the neck which causes numbness and tingling in the hands and fingers.
I'm wondering if continues water exercises will be helpful in lessening this issue or is the water resistance going to cause an increase in this painful side effect?
