Spondylolisthesis Exercises that I found helpful
I struggled to find the correct diagnosis. One said pre diabetic nerve pain, One treated me like it was in my head, One said I had shin splints.then was fibromyalgia. Till I came to this website. I can see what I have....its the same as the xrays for Spondylolisthesis with Sciatic nerve pain. The pain is so bad in my legs but I was given Gabapentin. Yes well it helps if you want to live in a fog. Then I tried that with focus factor so I could stay awake at work. Well then I kept reading and reading and reading. I cant work, I don't qualify for disability because of work credits lol. I cant work for more than a couple months at a time, because the pain gets to be to bad. So I have found this until I can afford surgery. Do as many sciatic nerve excercises you can. The best one is laying on the floor with your read end up against the wall and your legs straight up on the wall and slowly spread your legs in a scissor motion as you can tolerate it. Then the controversiale inversion table. This was the best thing that ever happened to me. I stayed away from it because some say it will make you dizzy. Then I thought pain or dizzy lol. I went for dizzy. But to my surprize, when you do it exactly as the instructions say. No dizziness and 2 minutes a day and 2 extra strength tylenol = less pain. L5/S1 w/ nerve pain is real bad. so many don't believe you because they can't see anything on the out side, but then I got the blood test done C reactive protein done, very high, well yes inflammation and pain, shows I was not lying but until I can find a way to get it fixed, last three months in pain at a job to get the surgery or health care laws change, the doctors here called me and were so nice and looked at my MRI. these two exercises will help you to be in less pain until these doctors can fix you. Thank you spine Universe!
