Chronic cervical pain C2-3 through C6-7 disc desiccatrion for almost two months. I

I have chronic cervical neck pain which started about 3 months ago and has become progressively worst. It never goes away and sometimes there is a deep throbbing pain where it seems as if my spine is being pulled out. I started therapy about 3 weeks ago and the therapist deep massages the area C7 and underlying tissues. And then ice and electrodes. It feel a little better, but about l hour later it is back. I can't move my neck without excruciating pain. The medication and muscle relaxers are not working for me and the ice is my best friend for a little while. I think the next step may be shots in the area which I really did not want. I do the exercises at home to no relieve in sight. What would be the next suggestion. I would appreciate and end to this horror. The MRI report has reversal of the normal cervical lordosis, which means this is not going away.

The report has bulging disc and narrowing disc space etc.. so I am reading this and basically it is not going away. I would appreciate it if somebody can suggest the next step. Thanking you in advance for any information you can provide.
