Exercises for back pain!
Hi, I have some great back pain relief exercises that my doctor gave me. Actually, he gave me the link:http://www.northwestspineclinic.com/resources/back-pain-exercises/ and I've been doing them everyday. I haven't felt better in my whole life. The great thing about starting a regular exercise regime is it helps to get your whole life into shape. It's funny, it took me 60 years to figure that out, and from an article on a website!
The hip roll and the spinal rotation feel fantastic! I'm back to my roller derby and hockey teams! Just kidding.
