Suffering from Cervical Spondylosis.

Hello everybody,
in India 2day v r celebrating festival of color ie. Holy festival.
I m suffering from above diseases since one month. My X Ray report of Dt.Feb 27 is " CHANGGES OF CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS WITH C5-6 DISC LESION.'
ihave constant pain in right hand upper arm from the last 25 days.
Pl suggest pain management and physical exercise.
