need help

Dear, I am a patient for spinal cord injury from iran, for spondylosis in cervical I had surgery about 2.5 years ago, but I have trouble in walking and un able to run, I have no pain and no else,I am male, 50 years old,wt 75 kg,ht 185 cm.i need help from you. If you want my medical MRA please send me a n advice. I need really dose for baclofen for mylopathy.regads,ESMAEIL RAHIMNOURI

is mestenon n 60 drug useful for cervical mylopathy?
