If you have any resources consider artificial disc replacement. Stenum Hospital and Pro-Spine in Germany are great options. In india, I found a hospital performing artificial disc replacements, (ADR) email me, djprieve@yahoo.com and I will send you the name of the hospital, it is something like Wockwerth, They have clip on youtube as well.....you may send your x-rays and MRI results to these place for a medical opinion. Keep in touch and best of luck!

Also research disc regeneration on the web to preserve the remaining levels, there is some good things out there.

I would think not Ramesh. At least for now. Evasive proceduures have all ready been done. It takes at least 6 years in my experience for bone to form and things to settle. Have patients I know it very hard at our age cause time is ticking. Keep trying to exercise and eat healthy foods. And keep doing your home work. With time comes knowledge. I put off fusion for 8 years and lived with spacers in my lower back. Hang in there and don't just jump into more procedures. I've found out that scar tissue from excess procedures can cause more nerve damage along the way plus bone spurs which punctured my spinal canal. it wasn't a happy June trust me. And I had the best behind me. Believe them when they say stuff happens and that's putting it mildly. I went threw Hell with Spinal leaks, Septic Bacterial infection which went into my blood steam and into both of my arm joints in which two procedures had to be done stat on both of my arm joints. One on a Monday it traveled and then over to my other arm on Wed. I was sent home with a fisk and a pump feeding me antibiotics around the clock for two weeks and then oral for a month and I'm just now finishing it and then is when I will know I'm in the clear possibly next week after my blood work is checked.
